Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the QNA-Locator API and website, operated by Abtikarat Louis Trading and Services W.L.L (CR No. 173808, P.O. Box 82409, Doha, Qatar). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must register with a genuine company/organizational email address (free consumer email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail are not accepted) and complete mobile phone verification. One active API key is issued per account.

2. Plans and usage limits

The Free plan permits up to 500 API requests per day. The Pro plan (QAR 199 per month, billed automatically each month) permits up to 5,000 requests per day. Requests beyond your plan's daily limit are rejected with an HTTP 429 response until the limit resets the following day.

3. Billing and cancellation

Pro plan subscriptions renew automatically each month via SkipCash until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Done For You setup service

The one-time Done For You integration service (QAR 299) is a separate, non-recurring purchase. We will complete the requested integration within three (3) Qatar business days (excluding Friday and Saturday) of payment confirmation. This fee is non-refundable once work has begun, but is refundable in full if we have not begun work and you cancel the request in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: share or resell your API key, attempt to circumvent rate limits, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or reverse-engineer the API to reconstruct the underlying dataset for resale as a competing service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data accuracy

Address data is provided on an "as is" basis, sourced from and cross-checked against Qatari government address datasets. While we take reasonable care to keep the dataset accurate and current, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness, and you should not rely on it for safety-critical or emergency purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Qatar, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the API after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
